There is an adorable event coming up that you will not want to miss if you are a dog lover in the St. Louis area. Needy Paws Rescue is hosting the Paws in the Park 5K/1M Race on April 18 at Tower Grove Park in St. Louis, Missouri. This is the fifth year this event has taken place, and all of the proceeds from this fantastic charity race will go to help hundreds of needy dogs in the area. You can not only feel good about getting out for some exercise, but you can also feel great about doing something for these sweet animals. This is a family-friendly event, so bring the whole family out to support the Needy Paws Rescue. All About the Race
Start your morning right by doing something good for yourself and all the needy dogs in St. Louis. Check-in and registration for the event starts at 8 a.m. on April 18, 2020. The chip-timed 5k race starts at 9 a.m., and the untimed one-mile race starts at 9:05 a.m. There will be prizes given to the first and second place male and female racers overall and in age groups 10 and under, 11 to 20, 21 to 30, 31 to 40, 41 to 50, and 50 and older. While winning these prizes is very exciting, the real prize is helping the sweet dogs in need in St. Louis. All participants are free to run, jog, or walk at their own pace. The race is open to people of all abilities who want to support Needy Paws Rescue and the animals they are dedicated to helping.

Tickets to this charitable race are on sale right now. You want to hurry and get your tickets now because prices will be going up soon. Right now, you can participate for $30. But after February 29, the price will be increasing to $35 each.
